Tortilla pizza 

Easiest way to make a thin base pizza and only takes 5 mins to prepare.  Enjoy!

Ingredients: 

  • 1 tortilla wrap (plain, wholemeal etc.
  • 2 tbsp sauce (tomato puree, barbecue, pesto)
  • 30g grated cheese
  • Optional toppings

Method:
1. Heat the oven to 180 degress.

2. Place tortilla on a tray and cover with preferred sauce. 

3. Top with cheese and other preffered toppings.

4. Cook for 8-10 mins.
